Sastojci za čobanac:(za 30 osoba)

Priprema čobanca:Prvo morate u nabavku gore navedenih sastojaka za koji vam je potreban novac ili brze i spretne noge. Meso je potrebno izrezati na kockice veličine 2,5-3 cm a svinjske nogice na 6 jednakih dijelova. Janjeća rebra nemojte previše sitno izrezati, da se ne bi dogodile samo kosti od janjeta. Luk očistite i sitno ga izrežite ili mikserom izmiksate, moja preporuka rezati luk nožem što sitnije. Kod rezanja mesa sortirajte posebno junetinu, svinjetinu, nogice, janjetinu u odvojene zdjelice. Kada ste to napravili sjednite i nešto popijte. Nakon jednog pića valja pripremiti dovoljno drva za tri sata dobre vatre. Dobro je znati: U čobanac nikada ne doljevajte vruću vodu već samo hladnu, da vam se meso ne raspadne, isto tako i ne stavljajte pre rano sol zbog istog razloga. Čobanac se mora kuhati na stalnoj jakoj vatri tako da cijelo vrijeme ključa, to vam daje potrebitu gustoću. Isto tako ne treba pretjerivati sa velikom količinom paprike jer se dogodi da zbog dugog kuhanja paprika postane lagano gorka. |
